What a Beach!

We had a great trip to Lincoln City, stayed at Ester Lee's and the beach was amazingly warm. There I was barefoot and sleeveless...we marveled at the beautiful weather and sand and surf and gentle winds...Dre and I tried to remember the last time we lucked out on gorgeous beach weather and realized timing is everything. Usually we take an annual trip around my birthday but this year it got bumped up to Mother's Day weekend. February or May...Duh! The drive over was fun as Dre kept pointing out garage sales and Antique shops to stop at...I discovered some new ones in Florence that way...but I finally had to put my foot down...I mean enough is enough...let's get to Ester Lee's. We had dinner that nite at McMinniman's Bar and Grill in Lincoln City...it has the same menu as the Kennedy School where we've eaten twice in the last few weeks...yum! Later, we had the window open to hear the surf all nite.
